Tidy Mind Doodles are based on years of experience working with clients with anxiety, stress and low mood using techniques based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ) These doodles and the doodle videos on YouTube can be a gentle way to introduce wellbeing concepts and self care tips  to children and adults at school and in the workplace.
